Dr. A. Saad, MD
-Medical Director
Dr. Saad is the Medical Director at Doctors At Your Door and has previously served as the Vice Chief of Staff at Select Specialty Hospital, at St. Joseph of Ann Arbor, MI. He pursued his Medical Degree at the University of Toledo and graduated with high distinction. He later completed his internal medical residency at William Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak, MI.
He soon realized the need for primary care providers, such as himself, to work with the growing need for providers at retirement home, assisted living and memory care as well as independent residential facilities. He believes in giving back to community and his patients.
Dr. Saad is passionate in serving the growing population of older individuals in the United States and believes in being a good communicator, especially a good teacher, in the care of older individuals. No matter the reason for his visit, whether for management of general health, Dr. Saad treats every patient with privacy, dignity, respect, and compassion that they rightfully deserve.
Sam Fadlalla, PA-C

Sam is a PA at Doctors At Your Door, who has served patients for over 20 years in hospital and clinical settings. He has specialized in Geriatrics at homebound residencies and facilities for the past 18 years. Sam earned his Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology and a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies, from Wayne State University. He graduated at the top of his class and received the Physician Assistant Superior Achievement Award for his medical excellence.
Theresa Owusu-Ansah, NP
Theresa Owusu-Ansah is a Nurse Practitioner at Doctors At Your Door. She graduated at the top of her class at Oakland University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2006. She has extensive experience working as a bedside nurse at Michigan’s best hospitals in the Metro Detroit Area. Theresa went on to pursue her graduate degree in Nursing at Chamberlain University in Chicago, where she finished with honors distinction as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She also worked in urgent care and family medicine practices.
Victoria Clark, NP
Victoria is a Nurse Practitioner at Doctors At Your Door. After graduating from Madonna University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2009, she worked as a nurse in a medical geriatric unit at Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak, MI. Victoria went on to pursue a graduate degree from Wayne State University and obtained a Master of Science and Nursing. Victoria specializes in Wound Care, Geriatric Psych, and Internal Medicine. She has worked in skilled nursing facilities, assisted living homes, homebound residencies, and clinics.
